I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. The location on the Werra river, within walking distance from the town center and Werratalsee, added to the charm of the stay. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, making us feel like VIP-guests. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had comfortable beds, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread exceeded all expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
No improvements needed – everything was just right!

This hotel is situated near the city centre and right on the riverside, providing beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with modern facilities such as mini-bars and TVs. the service is incredibly friendly, and guests can enjoy private parking in the onsite courtyard.
Some guests have mentioned that the duvets may not fully cover the bed and can get chilly at night, especially during winter.

Nice riverside location and walking distance to town center - a big plus for a business trip. The atmosphere of the boutique hotel was pleasant and the rooms were spacious with modern amenities. The breakfast was a good enough to start your day.
The staff members were not very helpful because they were rarely available and the elevator was slow and inefficient. The furniture in the room was outdated and uncomfortable.

Had a great city break at this hotel with my partner! the fan in the spacious room helped us get through the warm nights and the hotel was within walking distance of all the key attractions. the breakfast buffet was varied, offered fresh and local produce, and we loved having it in the hotel's beautiful garden. we appreciated the free parking.
The sound of road traffic disturbed our sleep, especially during the early mornings when we had the window open due to the heat. We would have preferred better soundproofing or air conditioning to avoid having to choose between fresh air and quiet sleep.
